Designed for maximum flexibility, the XPro M-EDLF can be equipped with optional fluorescent lamps light finisher and
a four-drawer dryer, providing a complete exposure and drying solution in a single unit.

The advantage of using matrices instead of linear scanning systems is primarily in the increased production speed when exposing the plates.
With exposure to distributed light from a matrix system, plates can be polymerized in only a few minutes, as their entire surface is exposed simultaneously. As a result, our LED system yields shorter exposure times compared to any other scanning LED system or fluorescent lamps unit.


Optional Light Finisher

You can customize your unit by adding an optional Light Finisher with standard fluorescent lamps designed for the post-exposure of all types of flexographic plates. It features advanced PLC control, fiber-optic for lamps monitoring, and an integrated system to track the operating hours of the lamps.

Optional Dryer

Designed for efficiency and sustainability, featuring four drawers for optimized plate drying. Advanced insulation minimizes heat loss, reducing energy consumption. The automatic heating system ensures precise temperature control. An automatic shutdown function conserves energy after the final plate is processed, and the built-in exhaust system effectively removes fumes and odors for a safer, eco-friendly workspace.

With AnyPlate settings software, you can customize and save the exposure parameters for each plate. These parameters have a direct effect on dot size, dot shape, as well as how 'clean' the shoulders of a dot can be. Using AnyPlate, you'll get the best possible result each time.

iFlexo: Data and Remote Control
